Advancing the CULP Agenda
The Upper-Left (Whig) Movement is policy/platform-based. Its purpose is to enact a platform of specific policy goals, using political parties as a means, but not an end. It unifies voters with common objectives across multiple parties. This is the strategy used by single-issue groups throughout American history.
The Upper-Left is a majority of Democrats, Republicans, and independents. The strategy should be to put the eggs in all baskets and leverage working within all at once.
Identify and support the “Orange Caucus” in all parties
The “orange caucus” within a party are those who support the CULP platform.
Vote only for “orange” candidates regardless of party
The rule for voters is to only vote for “orange” candidates regardless of party: Democratic, Republican, Libertarian, Green.
An Orange Party has a majority orange caucus
If infiltration fails to takeover any existing party, a new party should be considered.
