TOP-DOWN SPENDING CUTS

At CULP, we aim to cut government spending top-down.

ONLY the poor should receive welfare benefits. The ideal goal is to duplicate the conditions on the American frontier– creating a strong self-reliant middle class that pays trivial taxes and receives minuscule benefits. It makes no sense to tax people only to give them back their own money. And it is shamefully wrong to take from the poor and give to the rich.
